Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1015 of 2021(6) dt.01-09-2025 2/2 direction to the Respondent-State authorities to lodge F.I.R. against the private respondent.

2. As such, the petitioner has remedy to approach police station for lodging such F.I.R. In case of refusal by the police station to lodge F.I.R., the petitioner has even remedy to approach Judicial Magistrate to lodge complaint.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is not maintainable on account of efficacious legal remedy available to the petitioner.

4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking permission to withdraw the present petition, so that he can take legal remedy as per law.

5. Permission is accorded.

6. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the police station or Judicial Magistrate for initiating criminal proceeding against the private respondent.
