JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2016 Against an order passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, an aggrieved party has remedy of appeal under Section 52 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000. Under the new Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 such provision is there under Section 101. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this criminal revision application with a liberty to prefer against the impugned order, permission is accorded.
