2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the order dated 26.02.2024 / 27.02.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge-I in connection with Saharsa Mahila P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015.

3. In essence, the petitioners want recall of witnesses under Section 311 of the Cr.P.C.

4. The petitioners-accused side has already crossexamined the witnesses and now, for filling up the lacuna, they
