JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 12.01.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

The accusation against the petitioners is that they assaulted injured Basuki Yadav and Sobha Devi. The opinion regarding the nature of injuries of the above stated injured was kept reserved by doctor. The aforesaid injured sustained injuries said to be caused by hard and blunt substance as well as sharp cutting weapon but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and person from the side of the petitioners, too, sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. It is further pointed out on behalf of the petitioners that taking note of the aforesaid fact, a coordinate bench of this court granted privilege of anticipatory bail to co-accused Sahdeo Yadav, Shiv Shankar Yadav and Chandradeo Yadav @ Chandradev Yadav against whom, there is allegation of

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of the period of detention of the petitioners in jail custody, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Jamui in Sono P.S. Case no. 105/2015.
