The petitioner seeks bail in Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 443 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused committed torture, harassment and caused death of the daughter of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he is living separately and has no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband.
