The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 23.09.2009 passed by D.C.L.R. as well as order dated 19.04.2017 passed by Collector, Darbhanga in Jamabandi Cancellation Revision No.70 of 2009-10 by which Collector, Darbhanga directed the Additional Collector to cancel the jamabandi standing in the name of the petitioner.

Since the matter relates to cancellation of jamabandi and B.L.T. Act says that all the cases pending on the date of

Patna High Court CWJC No.15388 of 2017 (2) dt.05-03-2018 institution of B.L.T. shall stand transferred to the B.L.T., the records of this case may be sent to B.L.T. for decision. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Saurabh/- U
