The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 46 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30, 30(a), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

There is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. The petitioner is the brother of Lalit Kumar and recovery has been made from the ply wood factory of Lalit Kumar.
