1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 132 of 2023 registered under section 341, 323, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner and others is that they assaulted the informant with fists and slaps after collision between the motorcycle and car. The petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 132 of 2023.
