ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is that the petitioner is cousin father-in-law of the deceased lady, who is said to have attacked the victim lady and killed her. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence and the petitioner has been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been in custody since 11.08.2015.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.347 of 2016 (3) dt.05-02-2016 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri. S.Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 163 of 2015.
