The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sheikhpura (Sirari) P.S. Case No. 117 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 467, 468, 471, 472, 420, 341, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant filed the complaint case on the basis of which the present FIR was registered. The informant alleged that the petitioner took her thumb impression and got her land transferred in his name.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now a days the vendor has to appear before the sub-registrar and without

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39475 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 2/2 accepting the execution of sale deed, the sub-registrar cannot accept the deed of sale for registration. Petitioner is son of the informant. Other accused persons have already been enlarged on regular bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is a vendee and he is said to have purchased the land from the informant, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Sheikhpura (Sirari) P.S. Case No. 117 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
