The petitioner is in custody in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 140 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against this petitioner is that he snatched Laptop, pursh, mobile and cash Rs. 15,000/- from the informant. He further submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is in custody in this case since 30.03.2019 but he has not been put on TIP as yet. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal
