Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has put to challenge an order dated 04.08.2020 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Banka whereby the petitioner's Public Distribution System Dealership Licence No 96 of 2012 has been cancelled.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10704 of 2020(2) dt.11-01-2022 2/2 The petitioner has not availed the statutory remedy available to him to assail the said order of the Sub-Divisional Officer.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the impugned order.

If the petitioner prefers an appeal within four weeks from today with an application for condonation of delay, the appellate authority shall consider the prayer for condonation of delay liberally and decide the matter on merit in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, within the time stipulated under Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.
