JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and co-accused, Manish Kumar are said to have been caught with stolen motorcycle during course of investigation of this case but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that co-accused, Manish Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by the learned court below and it is not clear, who was driving the said motorcycle at the time of alleged recovery.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
