Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner has put to challenge an order dated 21.04.2020 issued by Sub-Divisional Officer, Banka whereby his Public Distribution System Dealership Licence No 13 of 2012 has been cancelled.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred an appeal against the
Patna High Court CWJC No.10735 of 2020(2) dt.11-01-2022 2/2 said order before the appellate authority which is still pending. Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, as noted above, this application is disposed of with a direction that let the petitioner's appeal preferred before the appellate authority, if any, be disposed of as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
