The present case has been lodged on the basis of complaint petition and specific allegation has been made against co-accused Lalan Yadav. So far as petitioner is concerned, omnibus allegation of assault has been levelled against him. Moreover, there appears to be land dispute between the parties.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri
