2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 311, 411, 120B and 203 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to be indulged in business of illicit liquor.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and he has been made an accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused persons who were apprehended at the spot.
