2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1092(C) of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323, 504, 506, 379/34 of the IPC and Sections 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He has

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the fact that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 3,000/- per month as interim maintenance to opposite party no. 2, provisional bail granted vide order dated 04.06.2025 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court, is hereby confirmed.

6. The petitioner is directed to pay Rs. 3,000/- per month as interim maintenance to opposite party no. 2 (the informant). The interim maintenance granted by this Court shall be subject to adjustment, if any other court grants maintenance to the opposite party no. 2.
