The petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2015 in connection with a case registered the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after considering the nature of allegations and further that there is no cogent material in the case diary to support the allegations as against the petitioner, let the petitioner Noor Alam be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015.
