2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer for payment of arrears of salary is pending before the authorities and no decision has been taken. He prays that a direction may be given to consider the same expeditiously.

3. Learned counsel for the State and the University do not object.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents no. 6 and 7 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.19043 of 2016 dt.07-08-2017 2/2 dispose off the representations filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, copies of which have been made Annexure-3 series to the writ petition, expeditiously and latest within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
