The petitioner seeks bail in Jokihat ( Mahalgaon) P. S. Case No. 66 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 406,467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there was dispute between the parties with regard to purchase of tractor as alleged in the written report. Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that both petitioner and informant are close relatives and with intervention of family members dispute has now been amicably settled between both parties. A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of petitioner which is taken on record, wherein, it is stated that

Petitioner is in custody since 27.2.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM Araria in connection with Jokihat ( Mahalgaon) P. S. Case No. 66 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
