The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 337, 338, 304(a)/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that coaccused Bullet Ram and Ehsan Ansari have been granted regular bail by the learned trial court, as such, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application as it is submitted that petitioners were not even present at the place of occurrence

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39118 of 2022(2) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 when the alleged occurrence took place.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 275 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (Excise) Court No. 2, Siwan/successor Court.
