JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-03-2016 Petitioners being parents of the husband of the complainant are apprehending their arrest in a complaint case wherein processes were directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
The basic accusation is of torture.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general against the entire in-laws family and the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the complainant who is in custody. Initially the complaint was dismissed but subsequently in view of the revisional order, the order of cognizance has been passed.
