From perusal of records, it appears that the petitioner was granted provisional bail vide order dated 05.03.2021 and notices were issued to opposite party no.2. Awaiting the appearance of opposite party no.2, the case was adjourned on 25.05.2021, 29.06.2021 and 12.07.2021 in spite of valid service of notice upon him. It appears that opposite party no.2 does not want to oppose the prayer made by the petitioner.
