Mr.Manoj Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bishanpur P.S. Case No.117 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 498(A) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that petitioners along with other co-accused tortured the daughter of the informant, i.e., deceased, due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It has further been alleged that on the date of occurrence, the accused persons administered poison forcibly to

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in-laws and Dewar of the deceased and durign the course of investigation, nothing incriminating material has come against them.

After having heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and taking into consideration the fact that the deceased has died within seven years from the date of marriage, accordingly, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and the same is hereby rejected.
