In view of the nature of dispute involved in the present writ petition, the Court is not in a position to pass any positive direction.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed representation before the District Programme Officer, as contained in Annexure-4 which is still pending.

Without expressing any opinion on the merit of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.764 of 2017(3) dt.08-03-2018 2/2 claim of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer, (Literacy), West Champaran to take final decision on the representation of the petitioner, if not already taken, within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
