As per the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.3, the payment of Rs. 42,60,725/- has been transferred to the account holder (the petitioner herein) on 13.9.2019 through RTGS and a letter to this effect has been sent by the Executive Engineer to the Engineer Chief (Headquarters) on 27.2.2023 (Annexure-T) to the supplementary show cause dated 7.4.2023.

In that view of the matter, no contempt is made out as
