The MJC was preferred for compliance of the order dated 12.9.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19154 of 2014. As per the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.3, the payment of Rs. 42,60,725/- has been transferred to the account holder (the petitioner herein) on 13.9.2019 through RTGS and a letter to this effect has been sent by the Executive Engineer to the Engineer Chief (Headquarters) on 27.2.2023 (Annexure-T) to the supplementary show cause dated 7.4.2023.
In that view of the matter, no contempt is made out as
