26-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners, who are husband and wife, apprehend their arrest in relation to Giriyak P.S. Case No. 211 of 2015 registered under Sections 363, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant alleges that her daughter-in-law had been enticed away by the petitioners and given to one Sudhir Rajbansi. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the girl is living with her husband and all the story are being grown up at the instance of someone else. It is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15908 of 2016 (4) dt.26-05-2016 pointed out that though it is alleged that petitioners and others took the victim on 16.08.2015, the First Information Report is being lodged only on 03.09.2015, i.e. after about 20 days.

Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioners, namely, Lallan Ram @ Lallan Rajbansi and Sabita Devi, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif, in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 211 of 2015, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
