JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-03-2021 Heard Mr. Aditya Narayan Singh for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 498(A), 323, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that a general and omnibus allegation has been leveled against the petitioner only because he has close association with the family of the husband of the informant. Apart from this, it has been submitted that the petitioner does not stay with the husband of the informant. He is a student of B.A.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35379 of 2020(2) dt.24-03-2021 2/2 Part -I and he is pursuing his studies at Bikramganj. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Tarari P.S.
