The name of the petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Ghanshyam Ram, who has already been granted privilege of bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.5.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6423 of 2015. The impugned order of learned Sessions Judge does not reflect any specific material against the petitioner except the above stated confessional statement of co-accused Ghanshyam Ram. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from perusal of para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten
