Although petitioner is named in the first information report but there is only allegation against him that he prevented the informant from nabbing the F.I.R named accused Deepak Kumar, who happens to be son-in-law of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with N.H.Bangra P.S.Case No. 55 of 2015.
