Taking into consideration that looted motorcycle, cash, Purse etc are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and co-accused, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.Case No. 620 of 2015, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Muzaffarpur stands rejected.
