On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on perusing the record, we find that the grievance of the petitioner is mostly about the difficulty in reaching the premises on account of the encroachment.

The petitioner can work out his remedies before appropriate forum in this behalf. We, therefore, dismiss the writ petition with the liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies before appropriate forum.

There shall be no order as to costs.
