2. The present application has been preferred: for issuance of writ/order/direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents

Patna High Court CWJC No.18075 of 2018(5) dt.22-09-2025 2/2 authorities to give protection to the life and property of the petitioner and further direction to the respondents Ist set for taking action against the respondent 2nd set so that petitioner may do peaceful cultivation over the disputed land mentioned in para 4 of the writ application for which final order had been passed in his favour and he has been cultivating the same for more than 60 years without any break peacefully.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the SubDivisional Magistrate of the said area.

4. Learned State counsel submits that he ought to have approached the concerned Officer.
