ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-06-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 28.1.2016 passed by the S.D.J.M., Ara, Bhojpur in Mahila P.S. case No.195 of 2014, by which he has rejected the petition filed by the Petitioner under Section 317 Cr.P.C. and cancelled the bail bond and issued non-bailable warrant against him.

It has been submitted that due to unavoidable circumstances the Petitioner could not appear on the date concerned and undertakes to do so physically on each date. In view of such, the order dated 28.1.2016 passed by the S.D.J.M., Ara, Bhojpur in Mahila P.S. case No.195 of 2014 is hereby set aside.

The Petitioner is directed to appear before the court

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.221 of 2016 dt.24-06-2016 2/2 concerned physically on each date of trial. The Trial Court is also directed to conclude the trial positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party.

The application stands allowed.
