2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit in the present case in Court.
3. Let it be kept on record.
4. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B)/201/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
5. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons are said to have committed murder of the daughter of the informant due to nonfulfillment of the dowry demand.
6. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39488 of 2023(4) dt.18-09-2023 2/3 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. He submits that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is no specific overt act against the petitioner and when the occurrence took place i.e. 14.01.2020, the petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence he was working in Saudi Arabia. He further submits that nothing wrong has been done by the petitioner as he left the country on 17.09.2019 for Saudi Arab country for earning his livelihood, it is evident from the certificate issued by the company as well as the air tickets enclosed as Annexure-2 series to the bail application. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.
7. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39488 of 2023(4) dt.18-09-2023 3/3 Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 11 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
