The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 123 of 2020 dated 12.05.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 380 and 457 of the Indian Penal Code. He has not been named in the FIR and his implication in the present case is only on the basis of confession of an arrested accused person.

The petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforenoted nature of accusation against the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks

No.35128 of 2020(2) dt.22-03-2021 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J. X, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 123 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
