The accusation against the petitioner is that he along with others were pouring feviquick in the key board of ATM but the Guard of the aforesaid ATM noted the conduct of the petitioner and his associates and raised alarm on which the petitioner and his associates were caught. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.09.2015.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1121 of 2016 (2) dt.12-01-2016 2/2 satisfaction of Smt. Ragani Kumari, learned J.M., 1st Class, Patna in Gopalpur P.S.Case No. 134 of 2015.
