Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of coaccused persons and after that, some witnesses expressed their suspicion against the petitioner and others. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but he is in jail custody since 21-06-2008 and as per submission, uptill now, charge could not be framed against the petitioner.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the

No.1773 of 2016 (3) dt.28-01-2016 2/2 petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 110 of 2007 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 576 of 2009 to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II, Barh, Patna.
