The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 130 of 2015 registered under sections 304B read with 34 and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is allegation that the victim was killed in her marital home within three years of her marriage due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
