The petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2019 in connection with G.O. Case No 21/2019 registered for the offence under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the alleged recovery was made from the abandoned bag and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
