Petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to grant similar benefit like the petitioners (Annexure-6) of C.W.J.C. No. 2874 of 2016 and other analoguous cases where similar issue has been decided by a bench of this Court vide order dated 13.4.2017. Considering the litigation policy professed by the State Government, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner and if it is found that the case of the petitioner is covered by the decision of this court vide judgment dated 13.4.2017 similar benefit
Patna High Court CWJC No.8114 of 2017(3) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 should be extended to this petitioner also.
The entire exercise in this regard must be completed within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
