Heard the parties.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Though there is no direct material against the petitioner in this case, however, considering an identical criminal antecedent of the petitioner under Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in connection with Katra P.S.Case No.59 of 2021 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur. Hence, prayer is refused.

Petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks
