This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 399, 402, 412 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a,26 and 35 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Kuchaikote P.S.Case No. 87 of 2023.

As per allegation, the police got confidential information that some miscreants were indulged in serious offences. The place of occurrence was raided and a number of accused persons were arrested. One knife was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37749 of 2023(2) dt.03-07-2023 2/2 that the petitioner has falsely been implicated. He is a person of clean antecedent and is in custody since 20.02.2023. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1 Goppalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S.Case No. 87 of 2023, subject to the following conditions:-

1. The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

2. If the petitioner is found involved in future in the similar type of offence, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
