04. 03.02.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment and order dated 05.06.2015 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge-III, Banka in Cr. Appeal (Juvenile) No. 17 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 04.04.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Banka in G.R. No. 189 of 2015 arising out of Banka P.S. Case No. 53 of 2015, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner.

Considering that four witnesses have already been examined during inquiry, I find no reason for interference with the impugned order. The Application stands dismissed. The Court below is directed to conclude the proceeding positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.761 of 2015 (4) dt.03-02-2016 adjournment to any party and for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police, Banka and the Superintendent of Police, Banka is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in inquiry.
