Since a fresh bail application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner vide Cr. Misc. No. 56842 of 2015, therefore, no order is required to be passed in the present proceeding on the basis of letter dated 12.2.2016 of the learned 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Begusarai, who is in seisin of the trial of the petitioner, as the prayer for bail made on behalf of the petitioner has already been dismissed by order dated 25.05.2015. However, the learned trial court is directed to dispose of the trial of the petitioner within the time indicated by him in his letter dated 12.02.2016, kept at Flag-A.
