This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 4 of 2013 arising out of C.B.I./ACB/RC Case No. 3(A)/2013 for offences under Sections 120B read with 420, 467, 468, 471 and 477A of the Indian Penal Code and 13(2) read with Section 13(I)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

Allegation, in brief, is that many persons were appointed on the basis of forged educational certificate said to be issued by the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, and other institution and similarly situated other co-accused persons have been admitted to anticipatory bail and some granted regular bail.
