05. 03.03.2016 This case has come up under the heading "To be Mentioned" at the instance of the Petitioner. Due to inadvertence in the order dated 19.08.2015, in the last paragraph, the nomenclature of the Court has wrongly been mentioned as Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur whereas it should have been Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani. Also, the further proceeding of Complaint Case No. 25 of 2014 pending before Sri S.B. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur has not been set aside.

The order is modified to the extent that the Maintenance Case No. 17 of 2014 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani be read as Maintenance Case No. 17 of 2014 pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani. Also, the further proceeding of Complaint Case No. 25 of 2014 pending before Sri S.B. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjhanpur or his successor is, hereby, set aside. Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 183 of 2013.
