1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of one case, though inadvertently at Para-3, it has been pleaded that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that the informant alleges that the accused persons came variously armed and took him to an unknown place and assaulted him on the allegation that he looks at the daughter of Md. Bihari @

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that there is no specific allegation of committing any overt act against the petitioner and even injury suffered by the informant is simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P. S. Case No.365 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. The application stands allowed.
