This is an application for bail in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 124 of 2017, G.R.No. 2892 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is the main assailant and the case is under Section 302 IPC.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 6.8.2017.
Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant, who have opposed the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides and in view of allegation, I am
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62766 of 2017 (2) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, as the petitioner is in custody, learned court below is directed to expedite the commitment of the case and after commitment learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
