This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus to the respondent to sent the original entire record of Title Suit No.20 of 1987 to the Court of Sub Judge Ist, Civil Court, Supaul, which is necessary for preparation of final decree.
It is settled principle of law that in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227, the High Court never issues writ and therefore, this application for the aforesaid relief is not maintainable under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
